Shipping policy

Delivery is available to the UK mainland only and is free for all orders over £100. Furniture over £100 is also delivered free.

We are able to deliver to Northern Ireland. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and calculated based on the weight of the items being ordered.

Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver toScottish Highlands and Islands.

We aim to have in-stock items delivered to UK mainland addresses in 3-5working days of receiving your order.

PRE- ORDER:
Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock or on pre-order. If this is the case this will be included in the product description.
Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us. You will be kept informed until your item is delivered.

FURNITURE DELIVERY:
As standard, our larger furniture items are delivered free with a two man delivery service, for your convenience.

Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order.

The price quoted is for ground floor delivery.
