Refund policy

28 DAY RETURNS

If you wish to return your item/s you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@homepieces.co.uk. Once we receive your request we will provide details of how to return your order. We will need to receive the items that you wish to return within 14 days of notification. 

Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer and all items must arrive in their original, resalable condition, unused and in original packaging. It is recommended that you send the item/s with a tracked courier service, as if the goods do not arrive and are not traceable, Home Pieces cannot issue a refund.

Once returned item/s are received, Home Pieces will issue the refund within 14 days.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS AND INCORRECT ITEMS 

In the rare instance that your item/s arrives damaged/faulty, or you receive incorrect items. Home Pieces will take responsibility for any return postage or additional delivery costs , for replacement goods . You will need to notify us with in 48 hours of receiving your order.  We will request that you send us photos of the damaged/faulty goods. Please send your item back in its original packaging.
